Both our ceremony and reception will be held at The Royal Colwood Golf Club in Colwood, BC.
The venue is about a 20-minute drive from downtown Victoria, and approximately 40 minutes from the airport and ferry terminal in Sidney.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors with the reception to follow indoors. The venue is fully accessible and has ample on-site parking.

The ceremony will begin in the late afternoon on Saturday, and the celebration will carry into the evening with dinner, drinks, and live music.

If you’re traveling from out of town, here are some details about travelling to Victoria by plane, ferry, or car:
The closest airport is YYJ (Victoria International Airport), about 40 minutes from the venue. We recommend flying direct to the Victoria airport to avoid needing to take the additional 2-hour ferry from Vancouver.
Ferries from Vancouver arrive in Swartz Bay, about 40 minutes away. You can book ferry tickets and view schedules on the BC Ferries website if you plan to come from Vancouver (Tswwassen).
We’ve included nearby hotel options on this page, and rideshare/taxi services (Uber) are widely available for getting around the city and to the golf club. Other than Uber, Victoria Taxior Bluebird Cabs are recommended local taxi services. -
We’re exploring a hotel block at The Westin Bear Mountain Resort, which is about a 15-minute drive from the venue. If you think you’d be interested in staying there for the weekend, please let us know by sending us an email or responding in the RSVP form— the hotel can offer a group rate of $275 (+fees) per night.
